About

Arts & Smarts OC is a Tustin-based non-profit organization that provides art lessons and activities to elementary school students in Title 1 Schools, aiming to fight the negative impacts of socioeconomic inequality by making art education more accessible.

Provided the program to 4 Title I Elementary Schools within the Tustin

• Art

Had 300+ unique art projects go home with kids using various mediums

Instructed over 100 children grades K-5th during daily and weekly art lessons

Received funding from the Assistance League of Tustin and I.B. Organization

Nina Molyneux

Nina studies Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology at UCLA. In the future, she would like to attend medical school and become a doctor. She loves to make fun art projects with the kids and believes art education is extremely important for childhood development.

Julia Cervantez

Julia is a student at UC San Diego studying International Studies - Political Science. She is passionate about childhood education. She believes Arts & Smarts OC is a super fun way to practice creative expression while interacting with and educating kids.
